These terms apply to everyone who uses afrouae.store (the “website”), operated by MSU Consults, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“afrouae”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them.
1. What afrouae.store is
afrouae.store is a listings platform. It shows products and services offered by independent sellers based in the UAE. We are not the seller, we do not take payment for items or services listed, and we are not a party to any agreement between a buyer and a seller.
2. Buying from sellers
When you contact a seller, any order, price, payment, delivery, refund or service is agreed directly between you and the seller. The seller is responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for what they supply. Please follow our safety tips.
3. Using the website
- Use the website lawfully and don’t misuse the contact, request or report features.
- Don’t copy, scrape or resell content from the website without our written permission.
- Don’t post anything false, offensive, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
4. Listings and moderation
We review sellers and listings before they appear, and we may edit, decline, pause or remove any listing or account at our discretion, including when we receive a report. Reviewing a listing does not mean we guarantee it.
5. Liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by UAE law, afrouae is not liable for losses arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, from listing content, or from the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Intellectual property
The afrouae.store name, logo and website design belong to afrouae. Sellers keep ownership of their photos and descriptions and give us permission to display and promote them on the website and our social channels.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and continuing to use the website means you accept it.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
