Get more messages from buyers
1. Photos sell
- Use natural daylight and a plain background.
- Add at least three photos: the whole item, a close-up, and the item in use or being worn.
- Your first photo is the cover. Make it the clearest one.
2. Always show a price
Listings with a price get far more messages than “Ask for price”. If it varies, use a “From” price.
3. Write like you talk
Say what it is, who it’s for, sizes or portions, and how long it takes. Put the detail buyers search for in the title, for example “Party jollof rice tray, serves 20”.
4. Reply fast
Buyers usually message several sellers. The first good reply often wins the order.
5. Complete your profile
Add your logo, a cover photo and a short story about your business in Profile. People buy from people.
